The Nigerian Police Force has pledged to apprehend dog owners who pay women to have sex with their animals.
This was said in a statement published Thursday morning by Muyiwa Adejobi, the Force’s Public Relations Officer.
According to him, dog owners who are arrested will be penalised and prosecuted.
Additionally, he said that security personnel would not quit until women caught having sex with dogs in popular TikTok videos are captured.
Men who commit bestial actions will not be spared, and the FPRO reiterated that broadcasting such recordings online would not be condoned.
“Unnatural offences: we will broaden our search, investigation, and punishment to include the owners of dogs caught having sexual intercourse with ladies or being used for similar offences,” Adejobi stated.
“They, too, have inquiries. The offence is criminal by law, and so condemnable. We will quickly catch the woman and those like her, as well as the guys, who committed this terrible and cruel conduct.”
