Femi Adesina, President Muhammadu Buhari’s Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, has revealed his plans for once his boss leaves office.
The president’s controversial picture creator also revealed that he is not a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Adesina said on Channels Television on Thursday that he would return to his home once his service with the Buhari government is through.
He also said that he works for the government just because he supports the APC.
Adesina said that he could not run for House of Representatives, Senate, or other political posts since he is not a politician and is not a card-carrying member of the APC, despite the fact that it is his favoured party.
“I’m on my way home.” Yes, I’ve opted to run home after serving,” the presidential assistant laughed.
When asked whether he was an APC member, he said, “I work for the APC administration.” I sympathise with the APC.
“I’m not an APC card-carrying member. Actually, I’m not a politician. My favoured party is the APC. I like the party. If I didn’t like the party, I wouldn’t come to work for an APC-led administration.
“APC is my favourite party, and I wish the party well, but am I a card-carrying member?” No.”
